Appointment and Payment Policies
At Results in Wellness, LLC, we are a dedicated community of professionals committed to serving you. We kindly ask that you notify us via phone, email, or text as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service, which must be paid prior to rebooking.
In addition, we require a card to be kept on file for all clients in case of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance. Payments for individual services are due at the time of service, and payment for service packages is due on the first appointment.
Our cancellation policy requires a 50% charge for appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or in the case of a no-show. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our providers' time.
Please note that any service packages purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no expiration date. In the event that your provider must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a 20% inconvenience discount will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Prepaid workshops are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Products: Results in Wellness, LLC offers a 7-day return policy on merchandise purchased in-store. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. After 7 days, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
