  • Learn and progress thru the combinations at your own pace.
  • Improve your agility, balance and reaction time while gaining strength and confidence to hold your own.
  • Overcome your fears and frustrations


This class is fun, a great total body exercise. It is empowering to move with confidence.


Women of all ages from 13 years old to 70+ years welcome.


Attire is exercise clothing...you will be sweating.


Participation is recommended 2x per week for at least 6 weeks for visible results and ongoing participation of 1-2x per week for lifestyle benefits.


Class Limit: 12 fighters. Registration recommended, drop in allowed depending on class limit.

This is a shorter 45 minute class to build your confidence and introduce the fundamentals of the Women's Boxercise class. After the completion 4 session, participants will advance to the full 1 hour Women's Boxercise Class.

Self-Defense Workshops

Our 90 minute basic Self-Defense Workshops are for those wishing to quickly learn the basics of Self-Defense and create initial muscle memory and reflexes. Once mastered, advance Self-Defense Workshops are available to provide additional muscle memory, speed, power, focus, and improved confidence.

Both our workshops and classes incorporate a powerful comprehensive and integrated system that focuses on Self-Protection and what is effective on the street.

Our core Self-Defense techniques include: how to block, strike, punch, kick, and defend against grabs and attacks, mimicking real life scenarios to help you escape. This is not a ‘how to avoid’, rather a ‘how to defend’ system. Please wear comfortable street clothes.

We provide an opportunity for everyone: Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, & friends to learn what is effective against bullies, muggers, car jackers, kidnappers and rapists.

Martial Arts fighting or sparring are not part of our system!

Cane Self-Defense Workshop

If you get attacked in today’s world, chances are your assailant is carrying a weapon. Martial Arts that focus mostly on empty hand applications are at a disadvantage against armed attacks. 

Cane Self-Defense puts the most practical self defense tool (the cane) in your hands from day one, so you create instant leverage against your attacker. A cane is a medical device, non-threatening and can be carried anywhere thus used if necessary as a self-defense weapon.

Our Cane Self-Defense workshops provide Self-Defense capability, which can be mastered by the average or handicapped person quickly, rather than years. Our basic 90 minute workshops provide an opportunity to learn as a beginner. Once mastered, advance Cane Self-Defense Workshops are available to provide additional muscle memory, speed, power, focus, and improved confidence.

Cane Self-Defense is a realistic tactical method that teaches you how to defend against:
– striking, punching, and kicking
– defenses against weapons including, knife, gun, and all types of impact weapons
– multiple attackers and surprise attacks
– psychological intimidation and/or bullying
