Program Cards may be used for any service, product or workshop at Results in Wellness, excluding clinical psychotherapy or CBD products.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all of the above programs.
Special offers, rewards, packages or discounts may not be combined. Offers cannot be customized or personalized for patients. The Secured Wellness Cards are prepaid cards with value added at the time of purchase. Mental Health services and CBD products are excluded from any programs or discounts unless specified in a sale. Program cards can not be combined with any other discounts.
Cancellation or Missed Service Appointment Policy:
We kindly request that all service appointments booked online, by phone or in person be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations are accepted by email, by phone or in response to your reminders without a fee with at least 24 hours notice. A fee is due when appointments are cancelled without the required notice and is payable prior to booking and or rendering further services.
Fee: The missed appointment fee is 50% of the regular price for the service scheduled. Discounted and package pricing of the scheduled service appointment do not apply.
Cancellation or Missed Workshop Policy:
We kindly request that all workshops booked online, by phone or in person be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations are accepted by email, by phone or in response to your reminders with the opportunity to reschedule your session or receive a full refund with a 24 hour notice. Prepaid workshops are nontransferable or nonrefundable with less than 24 hours notice.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns related to our cancellation or missed service and session policies. Results In Wellness, LLC strives to provide courteous and exceptional service in all aspects of our business and we reserve the right to modify or provide exceptions to this policy as necessary. This policy may be waived with proof of an unforeseeable emergency affecting the client or immediate family.
Service Package Refund Policy
Service packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Service packages are specifically designated to a provider. Thus, service packages purchased are non-transferrable to another provider of the same or different service.
